Every engagement starts with a documented baseline assessment. Scope, milestones, and deliverables are written down before execution — including for existing clients renewing their contract.
Operational transparency
Every operational activity (monitoring, intervention, maintenance) is logged with timestamp and the responsible engineer. Clients can request audit logs at any time — not only during incidents.
Documentation-first
Before-after documentation, operational runbooks, and recovery procedures are standard deliverables — not add-ons. The client team can operate the environment without always waiting on us.
System-based, not person-dependent
Every environment is handled by at least 2 engineers with a shared runbook. Clients don't lose continuity when an engineer takes leave, resigns, or rotates projects.
Focused on database reliability
We decline projects outside the database and its supporting systems. Not because we can't, but because narrow focus is how we maintain quality — and that's what you're paying for.
